Paul Leones

President

Paul Leones serves as President of the Sunridge Conservancy.

He is an accomplished construction manager and consultant and is the Owner of PML Construction, Inc., a construction and project management company. In this capacity, he brings substantial construction, management, and project development skills, knowledge, and services to clients. Paul Leones brings diverse experience, understands the construction field, and works closely with Developers, Contractors, Municipalities, Public Agencies, and Conservation Agencies for approvals, construction and completion of environmental requirements and development of projects.
Prior roles include senior construction manager of a diverse construction investment company. Past and current construction management work for environmental and development projects includes; Laguna West-Elk Grove CA, Laguna Stonelake-Elk Grove CA, Kramer Ranch-Elk Grove CA, Anatolia-Rancho Cordova CA, and The Parkway-Santa Nella CA.
