Promontory Village 8 Preserve is approximately 7.34 acres and is located in the unicorporated community of El Dorado Hills in El Dorado County. The preserve includes jurisdictional aquatic features (ephemeral and intermittent drainages and riverine seasonal wetlands), annual grassland, and oak woodlands. The SunRidge Conservancy holds the conservation easement for the preserve and functions as the preserve manager.
